The invention discloses an artificial stone preparation method which comprises the following steps: measuring all components according to the components contained in artificial stone material; pavingmeasured coarse aggregate in an artificial stone die to form a coarse aggregate layer; mixing the measured other components with water to obtain stone slurry; pouring the stone slurry in the artificial stone die, and adopting the stone slurry to fill and cover the coarse aggregate layer; placing the artificial stone die poured with the artificial stone material in a vacuum environment to carry outvacuumizing forming treatment; and carrying out thermocuring treatment on the stone slurry after vacuumizing forming treatment. The preparation method can ensure that artificial stone aggregate doesnot sink and improves the distribution uniformity of aggregate, the mechanical property and the durability. The artificial stone is high in size stability, excellent in mechanical property and low inshrinkage and does not cause buckling deformation during the using process.
本发明公开了一种人造石制备方法。所述人造石制备方法包括的步骤有:按照人造石材料所含的组分量取各组分;将量取的粗骨料铺设于人造石材模具中,形成粗骨料层;将量取的其余组分与水进行混合处理,配制成石材浆料;将所述石材浆料浇筑至所述人造石材模具中,填充至所述粗骨料层并覆盖所述粗骨料层;将浇筑有人造石材料的所述人造石材模具置于真空环境中进行抽真空成型处理;将经抽真空成型处理的所述石材浆料进行热固化处理。本发明人造石材制备方法能够保证人造石材骨料不发生下沉等现象,提高骨料分布均匀性,提高力学性能和耐久性能。所述人造石材体积稳定性好、力学性能好、低收缩、使用不翘曲变形。
