The invention relates to a grouting material for ocean engineering and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The grouting material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20%-35% of super sulfate cement, 32%-40% of composite aggregate, 17%-20% of composite admixture, 0.5%-5% of expanding agent, 1.5%-3% of functional additive, 8%-12% of water, 1%-2% of antifouling agent and 1%-2% of temperature shrinkage induction type anti-cracking fiber, wherein the total mass fraction of the grouting material is 100%. According to the grouting material, by adjusting the alkalinity and components of the cement-based grouting material, the hydration heat of a base material is reduced, and the erosion resistance is improved; by designing and adding an antimicrobial component, the microbial erosion resistance of the grouting material is improved; the special fibers are used for improving the crack resistance of the grouting material, and the service life of the grouting material in ocean engineering application can be remarkably prolonged through the means.
本发明涉及一种海洋工程用灌浆料及制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。以所述灌浆料原料的总体质量分数为100%计,各组分及其质量分数为:超硫酸盐水泥20%~35%,复合骨料32%~40%,复合掺合料17%~20%,膨胀剂0.5%~5%,功能外加剂1.5%~3%,水8%~12%,防污剂1%~2%,温缩诱导型抗裂纤维1%~2%。所述灌浆料通过调整水泥基灌浆料本身的碱度和组分,来降低基材的水化热、提升抗侵蚀性能;通过设计和添加抗微生物组分,提升灌浆料的抗微生物侵蚀性能;使用特种纤维提升灌浆料的抗裂性能,通过上述手段可显著延长所述灌浆料在海洋工程应用中的服役寿命。
