The invention relates to the technical field of permanent magnetic ferrites, and discloses a high-resistance permanent magnetic ferrite preparation method, which comprises: S1, ball milling: mixing an SrM pre-sintering material, a composite additive, water and a ball milling medium, and carrying out ball milling to obtain a slurry; the SrM pre-sintered material does not contain a lanthanum element and a cobalt element; s2, forming: adjusting the water content in the slurry, and then forming in a magnetic field to obtain a formed body; and S3, sintering: carrying out aerobic sintering on the molded body to obtain the permanent magnetic ferrite. By adopting the proper pre-sintering material, adding the composite additive in the ball-milling process, adjusting the ball-milling process and the like, the grain boundary characteristics of grains can be regulated and controlled, and the purpose of improving the resistivity of the ferrite magnet can be achieved.
本发明涉及永磁铁氧体的技术领域,公开了一种高电阻永磁铁氧体的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1、球磨:将SrM预烧料、复合添加剂、水和球磨介质混合后球磨,得到浆料;所述SrM预烧料中不含有镧元素和钴元素;S2、成型:将浆料中的含水量进行调整,然后在磁场中成型,得到成型体;S3、烧结:将成型体进行有氧烧结,得到永磁铁氧体。本发明通过采用合适的预烧料,在球磨过程中添加复合添加剂,并且调整球磨工艺等工作,不仅可以调控晶粒晶界特性,而且能够实现提高铁氧体磁铁的电阻率的目的。
