The technical problems of how to mount the frog base plate and how to improve the strength and rigidity of the bridge type base plate so as to prolong the service life of the frog are solved; the rigidity and the strength of the bridge type base plate are improved by about 20%; and the service life of the frog is prolonged by 20-30%.
