The invention discloses a multi-directional rotation variable friction self-resetting damper which comprises a constraint outer friction device, the constraint outer friction device is fixedly connected with a resetting outer friction device through a limiting screw provided with a combined disc spring, and parabolic concave surfaces are arranged in the resetting outer friction device and the constraint outer friction device. An inner friction spherical hinge with a parabolic convex surface characteristic is mounted in an inner space formed by the inner friction plate and the outer friction plate; when the two end parts generate relative displacement, the inner friction spherical hinge with a convex surface inside can generate relative rotation in the constraint outer friction device and the reset outer friction device which are provided with concave surfaces, the convex friction surface and the concave friction surface generate relative rotation friction, and the combined disc spring is compressed to realize variable friction energy consumption; and during unloading, the combined disc spring arranged on the limiting screw rod generates reset force, and then reset is completed.
