The method has the advantages that the elevator shaft is subjected to full-prefabricated production, the construction quality is improved, the leakage risk is reduced, the full-prefabricated elevator shaft and the climbing frame are combined for use, the problem that a conventional cast-in-place concrete embedded sleeve is inaccurate in positioning is solved, meanwhile, the installation method for attaching the full-prefabricated elevator shaft to the outer climbing frame is adopted, the construction speed is high, the working procedure is simple, and the construction quality is good; the wall-attached support does not need to be manually carried up and down, and the construction intensity of workers is reduced.
