The pick-up safety is ensured; the pick-up platform comprises a base and a pick-up part, universal wheels are movably connected to the bottom of the base, the pick-up part comprises a sliding groove and a sliding block, and the sliding groove is formed in the surface of the base; the construction method of the pick-up platform comprises the following steps that the whole pick-up platform is moved to a floor needing pick-up; the clamping plates are connected to the lower surface of the floor in a pressing mode, and fixing of the whole pick-up platform is completed. The lifting plate is arranged to slide for a certain distance along the base, so that when the aerated concrete battens need to be received and conveyed, the lifting plate protrudes for a certain distance relative to a floor, and subsequent receiving of the aerated concrete battens is facilitated; and the placement position of the aerated concrete batten relative to the lifting plate can be adjusted by arranging the universal ball.
