The process sequentially comprises the steps of framework building, pouring, framework inserting, drawing, demolding, cutting, edge trimming, high-temperature steam curing, wiring channel cleaning and output placing. In the production process of the partition board, the paper rod and the paper wire box model are fixed to the steel bar support, and then the paper rod and the paper wire box model are inserted into the mold for pouring together with the steel bar support. In the steam curing process of the formed green body, the paper rod and the wire box model are automatically softened, and a required wire box mounting groove and a wire passing channel are formed in the partition wall board on the premise that the opening does not need to be disassembled for mounting, so that the integrity of the wall body is greatly ensured, and the construction is very simple.
