The rolling brush cleaning device is arranged on one side of the lifting device, the rolling brush cleaning device comprises a shell cover, the shell cover is connected to the lifting device, and an inlet and an outlet are formed in the bottom and the top of the shell cover respectively; and a brushing assembly and a cleaning assembly are arranged on the side, away from the lifting device, of the interior of the shell cover, the brushing assembly is located above the cleaning assembly, the aluminum alloy formwork is brushed with a release agent through the brushing assembly, and residual concrete on the aluminum alloy formwork is cleaned through the cleaning assembly. Cleaning of residual concrete and brushing of a release agent are completed in the aluminum formwork transferring process, time and labor are saved in the whole process, and the treatment efficiency is high.
