Local cutting method for existing reinforced concrete beam
The invention provides an existing reinforced concrete beam local cutting method which comprises the steps that S1, concrete in a target area of a reinforced concrete beam is removed, main reinforcements are exposed, and the target area comprises a cutting area located in the middle in the length direction of the main reinforcements and lap joint areas located at the two ends of the cutting area; s2, the force bearing assembly is arranged in the target area, and the two ends of the force bearing assembly are welded to the main reinforcements in the lap joint area correspondingly; and S3, the main reinforcements located in the cutting area are cut off. According to the technical scheme, the force bearing assembly is welded to the main reinforcements of the original concrete beam in advance to replace part of the main reinforcements to be cut off to bear and transmit loads, part of the main reinforcements are cut off after equivalent replacement is completed, a supporting frame does not need to be erected in the whole process to bear the loads generated by cutting off part of the main reinforcements of the reinforced concrete beam, and the working efficiency is improved. The process of erecting and dismantling a supporting frame is omitted, the transformation efficiency is improved, and the influence on original road traffic is reduced.
本公开提供一种既有钢筋混凝土梁局部切除方法,包括S1、去除钢筋混凝土梁的目标区域的混凝土,露出主筋,目标区域包括沿主筋的长度方向位于中间的切除区域和位于切除区域两端的搭接区域;S2、将承力组件设置在目标区域中,并将承力组件的两端分别与搭接区域中的主筋焊接;S3、切除位于切除区域中的主筋。通过上述技术方案,预先将承力组件焊接到原有混凝土梁的主筋上,用以代替将要被切除的部分主筋来承受并传递荷载,完成等效替代后再切除部分主筋,整个过程无需搭设支撑架来承受切断钢筋混凝土梁的部分主筋而产生的荷载,免去搭设和拆除支撑架的过程,提高了改造效率,减少了对原有道路通车的影响。
