The invention discloses a silicon nitride ceramic green body glue discharging process which comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out tape casting on silicon nitride raw powder to prepare a silicon nitride ceramic green body, putting the silicon nitride ceramic green body into a crucible, and coating a layer of boron nitride powder on the surface of the green body; (2) discharging rubber in a muffle furnace in sections; the glue discharging of the silicon nitride ceramic blank is realized, the generation of silicon dioxide in the glue discharging process is reduced, and the mass production quality of the silicon nitride ceramic substrate is improved.
本发明公开了一种氮化硅陶瓷坯体排胶工艺，包括(1)氮化硅原粉经流延成型后制成氮化硅陶瓷胚体，将氮化硅陶瓷胚体放入坩埚中，在胚体表面敷一层氮化硼粉末；(2)在马弗炉中分段排胶；实现了对氮化硅陶瓷胚体的排胶，减少了排胶过程中二氧化硅的生成，提高了氮化硅陶瓷基片批量化生产的质量。
