The invention belongs to the technical field of road engineering construction, and discloses a permeable road construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, calculating the bearing capacity and the permeable rate of a road and the hole diameter and the hole spacing of permeable holes; s2, a road base layer is laid and compacted through rolling; s3, paving a permeable hole mold on the road base according to the hole spacing; s4, concrete is poured, a concrete roadbed is formed, and galling treatment is conducted on the surface of the concrete roadbed; s5, preparing pervious concrete according to the water permeability, pouring and filling each pervious hole in the concrete roadbed with the pervious concrete, and enabling the pervious concrete to form a pervious concrete layer on the concrete roadbed; and S6, a permeable asphalt layer is laid. According to the construction method, the permeable holes are additionally formed in the common concrete roadbed, the permeable concrete is poured, the common concrete roadbed is combined with the permeable concrete, the permeable physical property of the roadbed is improved, the structural strength of the roadbed is improved, and therefore the bearing capacity and the permeable rate of a road are improved.
