Permeable concrete road and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a pervious concrete road and a construction method thereof. The pervious concrete road comprises a roadbed body, a pervious concrete layer and two drainage ditches, wherein the pervious concrete layer is laid on the roadbed body, and the two drainage ditches are formed in the two sides of the roadbed body. The roadbed body comprises a plain soil roadbed, a rubble roadbed layer and a graded broken stone hardcore for leveling which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the pervious concrete layer is laid above the graded broken stone hardcore. When the roadbed is excavated, the soil texture is improved, and the bearing capacity of the plain soil roadbed is enhanced; the original roadbed construction is changed into the large-particle rubble foundation by adjusting the road base material, and the crack pouring treatment is performed by using the small-particle graded broken stone, so that the infiltration of rainwater on the road surface can be effectively increased while the use strength of the road is ensured, and the rainwater is timely drained into the drainage ditch through the drainage port, so that the rainwater cannot be stored, and the service life of the road is prolonged. The influence on road use due to roadbed subsidence caused by long-time soaking of the road surface in water is avoided, and the service life of the road is prolonged.
本发明涉及一种透水混凝土道路及其施工方法,所述透水混凝土道路包括路基本体、铺设在所述路基本体上方的透水混凝土层、设于所述路基本体两侧的两道排水沟;所述路基本体包括自下而上依次设置的素土路基、毛石路基层和用于找平的级配碎石垫层,所述透水混凝土层铺设在所述级配碎石垫层的上方。本发明通过在开挖路基时,改良土质,增强素土路基的承载力;调整道路基层材料将原本的路基施工换成大颗粒的毛石基础,并用小颗粒的级配碎石进行灌缝处理,这样做在保证道路使用强度的同时能够有效增加路面雨水的下渗,并且通过排水口,及时的将雨水排进排水沟中,使雨水不会存蓄,不会造成路基因长时间泡水造成路基沉陷,而影响道路使用,提高道路使用年限。
