The invention provides a river-crossing bridge double-box-girder concurrent construction method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, rails are laid on rail pads; s2, mounting a return buckle wheel and a foot pad on the lower end face of the main truss; s3, the main truss is hoisted and placed on the track, and the buckle returning wheels are fixed to the track through rear anchor rods; s4, one end of a push rod is fixed to the end of the rail, and a jack A is arranged on the end of the rail in a sleeving mode; s5, double box girders are placed on the piers; s6, after steel bars are bound in the inner formwork and the cantilever plate bottom formwork and embedded parts are installed, concrete is poured; s7, after pouring is completed, the rear anchor rod is loosened and taken out, and a jack A is started to extend to push a foot pad; s8, fixing the return buckle wheel on the track through a rear anchor rod; and S9, the steps from S1 to S8 are repeated until bridge construction is completed.
