A rectangular sliding plate is slidably arranged on the upper middle portion of the outer side face of the balance weight plate, and an oval connecting block is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the outer side face of the rectangular sliding plate and connected with the upper flashboard through a connecting rod mechanism. A fixing lug is fixedly arranged in the middle of the top face of the balance weight plate, and a fixing shaft is rotationally inserted into the top of the fixing lug and connected with the oval connecting block through a crank connecting rod mechanism. According to the channel water distribution gate, the size of the gate opening can be adjusted according to the water requirements of different crops.
