The present invention relates to a diversion gate apparatus having a simple water level control, easy to use, and excellent durability and operational stability. The diversion gate apparatus installed in locations where a branched waterway branches from an original waterway comprises: a frame vertically installed on one side wall of a branching position to the original waterway; an opening/closing unit installed on the front surface of the frame and moving up and down to open/close the branched waterway; and a control unit installed on the front surface of the frame to adjust an opening/closing degree of the opening/closing unit in the vertical direction.

본 발명은 수위 조절이 간편하여 사용이 편리하며, 내구성 및 작동 안정성이 우수한 분수문 장치에 관한 것으로서, 원수로에서 분기수로가 분기되는 위치에 설치되는 분수문 장치에 있어서, 원수로의 분기 위치 일측 측벽에 수직으로 설치되는 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 전면에 설치되어 상하 방향으로 이동하며 분기수로를 개폐하는 개폐부와, 상기 프레임의 전면에 설치되어 개폐부의 상하 방향 개폐 정도를 조절하는 조절부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
