Algae cleaning roller structure for cleaning water surface
The invention relates to a novel algae cleaning roller structure for water surface cleaning. The cleaning device mainly comprises a rotary reamer 1, a fixed razor 2, a sliding razor 3, a cleaning device hull 4 and the like. The rotary reamer 1 is driven by a power system 1.1 composed of a motor speed reducer and a coupler and drives a ball screw 1.2 to rotate. The fixed razor 2 mainly solves the problem that a cutting edge is blocked in the algae cutting process of the reamer, and the minimum distance between the fixed razor 2 and the trapezoidal teeth is 5-10 mm. The sliding razor 3 mainly solves the problem of algae winding in the collecting process. Program control is carried out on the movement of the sliding shaver 3 and the rotation reamer 1 through a single chip microcomputer, the rotation speed of the reamer is generally controlled to be 30-90 r/min, and the linear speed of the sliding shaver is adjusted according to the length of the reamer. A novel algae cleaning roller structure is adopted, a rotary reamer, a fixed razor and a sliding razor are combined to form a complete collecting and cutting system, the collecting and cutting process is strictly automated, the overall cleaning efficiency is high, and the labor cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种新型的水面清洁的水藻清理滚轮结构。主要包括旋转铰刀1、固定剃刀2、滑动剃刀3、清洁装置船身4等组成部分。旋转铰刀1由电机减速机、联轴器组成动力系统1.1进行驱动,并带动滚珠丝杠1.2旋转。固定剃刀2主要解决铰刀切割水藻过程中的堵塞刀刃问题,与梯形齿最小间距为5~10mm。滑动剃刀3主要避免收集过程的水藻缠绕问题。通过单片机对滑动剃刀3、旋转铰刀1的运动进行程序控制,铰刀的旋转速度一般控制在30~90r/min,滑动剃刀的线速度依据铰刀的长度进行调节。采用新型的水藻清理滚轮结构,使旋转铰刀和固定剃刀、滑动剃刀结合组成了完整的收集切割系统,实现了严格意义上的收集切割过程自动化,整体清洁效率较高,并减少了人工成本。
