The anchor fluke body obliquely extends upwards from the anchoring body to be provided with a first end protruding out of the outer wall of the anchoring body, and the limiting part is used for limiting the rotation angle of the anchor fluke body relative to the anchoring body. The connecting rod is fixedly connected into the anchoring body and used for being connected with a TLP foundation. The offshore wind power TLP foundation anchoring device disclosed by the invention has relatively good stability and relatively strong adaptability in soil.
