Detachable energy-consuming connecting joint of modular steel structure
A modularized steel structure detachable energy dissipation connecting joint comprises a cross-shaped connecting piece, a module beam and a module column, in the joint, the cross-shaped connecting piece comprises a horizontal plate and a vertical plate perpendicularly connected to the middle of the horizontal plate, and the module beam comprises an H-shaped steel beam, a vertical outwards-extending end plate and a stiffening rib connecting the H-shaped steel beam and the outwards-extending end plate; first horizontal bolt holes are reserved in the outward-extending end plates connected with the stiffening ribs, rectangular steel pipes are adopted for the module columns, upper inner partition plates are arranged at the positions corresponding to the upper flanges of the H-shaped steel beams, and lower inner partition plates are arranged at the positions corresponding to the lower flanges of the H-shaped steel beams; and the four groups of module units are respectively arranged at the included angles of the horizontal plate and the vertical plate of the cross-shaped connecting piece. The joint adopts full bolt connection to form a semi-rigid joint, the force transmission is clear, and the connection is reliable. Due to the fact that the outwards-extending end plates have good deformation and energy dissipation capacity, the anti-seismic capacity of the joint is enhanced, the design principle of strong joints and weak components is met, and the anti-seismic performance of the joint is improved.
一种模块化钢结构可拆卸耗能连接节点,包括十字型连接件、模块梁和模块柱,节点中,十字型连接件包括水平板以及垂直连接于水平板中间的竖向板,模块梁包括H型钢梁、竖直的外伸端板以及连接H型钢梁与外伸端板的加劲肋,与加劲肋相连部分的外伸端板预留第一水平螺栓孔,模块柱采用矩形钢管,对应H型钢梁上翼缘位置设置上内隔板,对应H型钢梁下翼缘位置设置下内隔板;四组模块单元分别布置于十字型连接件水平板与竖向板夹角处。本节点采用全螺栓连接形成半刚性节点,传力明确,连接可靠。由于外伸端板具有良好的变形和耗能能力,增强了节点的抗震能力,满足“强节点,弱构件”的设计原则,提高了节点的抗震性能。
