The invention relates to a protective device for highway engineering construction, which comprises a base shell and further comprises an adsorption mechanism, and the adsorption mechanism comprises a piezoelectric plate arranged at the lower half part of the inner wall of the base shell; the stable supporting assembly is installed on the side, close to the current-conducting plate, of the protection plate. The solar heat mechanism is mounted on the side, away from the supporting column, of the base shell; and the sound absorption assembly is mounted in the protection plate. Through the installed piezoelectric plate, the conductive plate, the electrodes and other devices, the piezoelectric plate generates a direct piezoelectric effect through vibration generated during construction so as to generate direct current, the direct current is conducted to the conductive plate, electric charges are left on the surface of the conductive plate, dust and dirt in air are adsorbed, meanwhile, the conductive plate vibrates along with the ground, and dust and dirt in the air are removed.
