The invention discloses an anti-permeation concrete duct piece which comprises a duct piece main body, and the duct piece main body is formed by pouring nano calcium silicate hydrate modified concrete, the nano calcium silicate hydrate modified concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass per cubic meter: 350 to 400 parts of cement, 60 to 70 parts of fly ash, 70 to 80 parts of mineral powder, 700 to 800 parts of sand, 1200 to 1300 parts of stone, 2 to 3 parts of fiber, 6 to 7 parts of water reducing agent, 150 to 180 parts of water and 20 to 25 parts of nano calcium silicate hydrate type early strength agent. According to the anti-permeation concrete duct piece, the nano calcium silicate hydrate modified concrete is adopted for casting molding, so that cement condensation is effectively promoted, and the initial setting time and the final setting time of cement paste are shortened; the drying shrinkage value of the steam-curing-free concrete prepared by adding the nano hydrated calcium silicate type early strength agent is smaller than that of the steam-curing concrete.
