Comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 250-300 parts of cement, 50-60 parts of fly ash, 50-60 parts of mineral powder, 700-800 parts of coarse aggregate, 450-500 parts of fine aggregate, 130-160 parts of water, 80-100 parts of an anti-cracking agent, 40-50 parts of impermeable fibers, 10-20 parts of a water reducing agent, 20-30 parts of an epoxy resin emulsion and 10-12 parts of polyvinyl alcohol. The anti-cracking agent comprises modified medical stone powder; a modification process of the modified medical stone powder comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing medical stone powder and benzoic acid according to a mass ratio of 1: (1-1.2), and standing for 2-3 hours to obtain the modified medical stone powder. The concrete provided by the invention has the advantage of good anti-permeability effect.
