Underground diaphragm wall construction process and construction equipment
The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall construction process and construction equipment. The underground diaphragm wall construction process comprises the following steps: a grooving step: machining an underground groove to a preset depth at a preset construction position through grooving equipment of a composite pile machine; the prefabricated pile walls which are continuously spliced in the transverse direction and/or the longitudinal direction are inserted into the underground groove through pile sinking equipment of the composite pile machine, and the insertion depth of the prefabricated pile walls is 1.01-1.5 times of the depth of the underground groove. The underground diaphragm wall is formed by inserting the precast pile walls in the underground groove, the precast pile walls are inserted, so that the parts, located at the lower end of the underground groove, of the precast pile walls are clamped, the precast pile walls are not prone to toppling towards one side of the thickness direction, the adjacent precast pile walls can be approximately on the same horizontal line in the transverse direction, and butt joint between the adjacent precast pile walls is facilitated; and the integrity and the sealing performance of the underground diaphragm wall are further guaranteed, so that the water seepage phenomenon of the underground diaphragm wall is avoided. And after insertion is completed, the perpendicularity of the prefabricated pile wall does not need to be adjusted, and the construction time and cost of the underground diaphragm wall are saved.
