The lifting type construction platform device comprises a base and a lifting support, and supporting legs are arranged at the bottom end of the base; the lifting support comprises a first connecting frame and a second connecting frame which are sequentially connected in the vertical direction, and the first connecting frame is arranged on the base. The second connecting frame is slidably connected to the first connecting frame in the vertical direction and is driven by the hydraulic lifting assembly to ascend and descend. The second connecting frame is slidably connected with a storage table in the vertical direction, a first chain wheel is arranged on the second connecting frame, a first plate-type chain is wound and meshed on the first chain wheel, one end of the first plate-type chain is connected to the first connecting frame, and the other end of the first plate-type chain is connected to the top end of the storage table. The whole lifting process is high in automation degree, and the requirement for the telescopic stroke of the telescopic end of the hydraulic lifting assembly can be reduced on the basis that the storage table is driven to ascend by a sufficient height.
