The invention relates to the technical field of existing frame structure transformation, and discloses a construction method for dismantling and underpinning a bottom layer frame column of an existing frame structure. The construction method comprises the following steps that a mounting frame is erected on stand columns of an existing frame; a pull rod is installed between every two adjacent stand columns, the two ends of each pull rod are connected with the installation frames on the two adjacent stand columns respectively, the pull rods are obliquely arranged, and the ends, close to the edge of the existing frame, of the pull rods are higher than the ends, away from the edge of the existing frame, of the pull rods; and dismantling the bottom-layer to-be-dismantled frame column. According to the construction method provided by the invention, by arranging the mounting frame and the pull rod, the bearing force of the frame beam above the to-be-disassembled frame is obliquely upwards and gradually transferred to the stand columns on the two sides, so that the bearing requirement on the frame beam is reduced, the size of the frame beam can be further reduced, the clearance of the disassembly space is increased, and the effective use space is further increased; and force is borne through the frame beams, the pull rods and most of the stand columns, the force bearing effect is effectively improved, and the safety risk is reduced.
本发明涉及既有框架结构改造技术领域,公开了一种既有框架结构底层框架柱拆柱托换的施工方法。该施工方法包括以下步骤:在既有框架的立柱上架设安装架;在相邻的两个立柱之间安装拉杆,拉杆的两端分别与相邻的两个立柱上的安装架连接,并使得拉杆倾斜设置,且拉杆的靠近既有框架的边部的一端高于拉杆的远离既有框架的边部的一端;拆除底层待拆框架柱。本发明提供的施工方法通过设置安装架和拉杆,将待拆框架上方的框架梁的承力倾斜向上逐渐传递至两侧的立柱,降低了对框架梁的承重需求,进而能够降低框架梁的尺寸,增加了拆除空间的净空,进而增加有效使用空间,且通过框架梁、拉杆以及大部分的立柱进行承力,有效增加承力效果,降低安全风险。
