The invention relates to the technical field of flue gas desulfurizers, in particular to a production process of high-activity desulfurizer slaked lime, which comprises the following steps: step 1, mechanically crushing a quick lime block to obtain a quick lime particle raw material with the particle size of 2-10mm; step 2, mixing and grinding the quick lime particle raw material and calcium hydroxide to prepare an ash material with the particle size of 600-800 meshes, and the calcium hydroxide accounts for 10-30%; step 3, carrying out digestion treatment on the lime material, digestion water and a modifier to obtain lime slurry; step 4, carrying out impurity removal and separation treatment on the lime slurry; and 5, carrying out flash evaporation drying on the lime slurry subjected to impurity removal and separation so as to obtain slaked lime powder with a desulfurization function. According to the production process, the flue gas purification effect of the slaked lime absorbent is effectively improved; the prepared slaked lime absorbent is high in purity, large in specific surface area, rich in pores and small in particle size, namely excellent in comprehensive performance and high in activity, and has an ideal flue gas purification effect.
