AN INTEGRATED SLAKED LIME DISPERSION APPARATUS TO UPGRADE A SOLUBILITY OF LIQUID SLAKED LIME
Disclosed is an integrated slaked lime dispersion apparatus to upgrade a solubility of liquid slaked lime, comprising: a hydrating and pulverizing unit of slaked lime which manufactures a mixed liquid by mixing slaked lime in a powder or solid state with production water produced at a water purification plant, and pulverizes the slaked lime contained in the mixed solution to have a predetermined fine particle diameter; and a cooling unit maintaining the hydrating and pulverizing unit of the slaked lime at a constant temperature.
분말 또는 고체 상태의 소석회와 정수장에서 생산되는 생산수를 혼합하여 혼합액을 제조하고 혼합액에 함유된 소석회를 기 설정된 미세 입경을 갖도록 분쇄하는 소석회 수화 및 분쇄유닛 및 소석회 수화 및 분쇄유닛을 일정한 온도로 유지시키는 냉각유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상소석회의 용해도 향상을 위한 통합형 소석회 분산화 장치가 개시된다.
