Vegetation concrete based on decoration garbage, and preparation and use methods thereof
The invention discloses vegetation concrete based on decoration garbage as well as a preparation method and a use method of the vegetation concrete. The vegetation concrete comprises a porous framework and a surface layer planting material, wherein the porous framework is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 70 to 75 percent of decoration waste aggregate and 25 to 30 percent of cementing material; the surface layer planting material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-70% of decoration garbage powder, 5-10% of beta-type semi-hydrated gypsum and 25-40% of ploughing soil. The vegetation concrete adopts a modified magnesium cementing material and has the advantages of high strength and low alkalinity, the decoration garbage takes red bricks and aerated blocks as aggregates and has better water retention and moisture retention, and gypsum is compounded with the decoration garbage powder as a surface layer base material, so that the resource utilization of the decoration garbage is realized, and the cost is reduced. The invention also provides a novel planting base material, so that the porous framework can meet the requirements of strength, pH value and water-retaining property, and also has a very good ecological greening function.
本发明公开了一种基于装修垃圾的植生混凝土、及其制备和使用方法。该植生混凝土包括:多孔骨架和面层种植材料;其中,多孔骨架各个组分的质量百分比为:装修垃圾骨料为70~75%、胶凝材料为25‑30%;面层种植材料各个组分的质量百分比为:装修垃圾粉料为40~70%、β型半水石膏5~10%和耕织土25~40%。本发明的植生混凝土采用改性后的镁质胶凝材料,具有强度高,碱度低的优点,装修垃圾以红砖、加气块作为骨料具有较好的保水性和保湿性,采用石膏复合装修垃圾粉料作为面层基材,实现了装修垃圾资源化的同时,又提供了一种新的种植基材,能够使得多孔骨架满足强度、PH值、保水性要求的同时,又有很好的生态绿化功能。
