The invention discloses a boron nitride/aluminum oxide composite membrane material and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that alpha-phase aluminum oxide powder of any morphology and a nonionic surfactant are dispersed in an organic solvent, ultrasonic dispersion is conducted through a cell crusher, and aluminum oxide dispersion liquid is obtained; the preparation method comprises the following steps: proportioning boron nitride sheets, ball-milling balls and an organic solvent, carrying out ball milling, dispersing the ball-milled slurry in the organic solvent to obtain a ball-milling liquid dispersion, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion on the ball-milling liquid dispersion by using a cell crusher to obtain a boron nitride dispersion; and mixing the aluminum oxide organic dispersion liquid and the boron nitride organic dispersion liquid, and then carrying out vacuum filtration, pressing, presintering and ultrahigh-temperature rapid sintering post-treatment. The orientation of boron nitride is changed by taking aluminum oxide as a space occupation, so that a certain through-surface heat conduction path is formed in the boron nitride/aluminum oxide composite film material, and the heat conduction performance of the boron nitride/aluminum oxide composite film material is greatly improved.
一种氮化硼/氧化铝复合膜材料及其制备方法与应用,步骤如下:将任意形貌的α相氧化铝粉末与非离子性表面活性剂分散在有机溶剂中,使用细胞粉碎机超声分散,得到氧化铝分散液;将氮化硼片、球磨球、有机溶剂进行配比,球磨,球磨后的浆料分散在有机溶剂中得到球磨液分散液,将球磨液分散液使用细胞粉碎机超声分散,得到氮化硼分散液;将氧化铝有机分散液和氮化硼有机分散液混合后通过真空抽滤、压制、预烧结、超高温快速烧结后处理即可。本发明将氧化铝作为空间占位改变了氮化硼的取向,使所述氮化硼/氧化铝复合膜材料内形成了一定的穿面导热通路,较大地提高了氮化硼/氧化铝复合膜材料的导热性能。
