The invention discloses a long-service-life water-oxygen-corrosion-resistant environmental barrier coating and a preparation method thereof.The method comprises the steps that rare earth pyrosilicate ceramic powder and silicon-based non-oxide ceramic whiskers are subjected to ball milling and mixing according to a certain proportion, a centrifugal spraying method is adopted for granulation, and sprayable powder is obtained; the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly preparing a silicon-based bonding layer with a certain thickness on the surface of a pretreated ceramic-based composite material, then preparing a ceramic surface layer by adopting atmospheric plasma spraying, and then carrying out annealing treatment at 1150-1300 DEG C to obtain the environmental barrier coating with long service life and water and oxygen corrosion resistance. The preparation method is high in feasibility, simple in process, low in cost and high in production efficiency. The environmental barrier coating prepared by adopting the method is good in durability, the problems that harmful monosilicate phases are generated in the coating in a water-oxygen environment and the coating is easy to crack too early are solved, and the service life of the coating is remarkably prolonged.
本发明公开了一种长寿命耐水氧腐蚀环境障涂层及其制备方法,该方法包括:将稀土焦硅酸盐陶瓷粉末、硅基非氧化物陶瓷晶须按一定比例球磨混合,采用离心喷雾法造粒得到可喷涂粉体,在经过前处理的陶瓷基复合材料表面首先制备一定厚度硅基粘结层,然后采用大气等离子喷涂制备陶瓷面层,后在1150‑1300℃下进行退火处理,得到长寿命耐水氧腐蚀的环境障涂层。本制备方法可行性高、流程简单、成本较低、生产效率高。采用本方法制备的环境障涂层耐久性好,克服了水氧环境下涂层中有害单硅酸盐相生成和涂层易过早开裂的问题,涂层的使用寿命得到显著提升。
