The lower portion of the tool and a reinforcement cage (or a reinforcement mesh) in a foundation are fixed through the connecting plate, the situation that the embedded rod is disturbed by foundation pouring concrete and inclines is prevented, reworking is avoided, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is guaranteed; and through the detachable and adjustable embedded rod, the construction convenience and adjustability of the tool are improved, so that the tool can be used in various construction standards during quantitative and batch prefabrication.
