The thermal insulation wallboard comprises steel fillets, dovetail groove steel plates, a thermal insulation board and cement mortar, the steel fillets are embedded into the two faces of the thermal insulation board, the heights of the parts, protruding out of the thermal insulation board, of the steel fillets are consistent and larger than the groove depth of the dovetail groove steel plates, and the arrangement distance of the steel fillets is consistent with the convex groove distance of the dovetail groove steel plates. The dovetail groove steel plates are laid on the two faces of the heat preservation plate where the steel fillets are embedded, and cement mortar is poured into gaps between the dovetail groove steel plates and the heat preservation plate. The thermal insulation wallboard has the beneficial effects that the steel fillets and the dovetail groove steel plates are designed, so that after cement mortar is poured, the thermal insulation board and the dovetail groove steel plates can be firmly fastened together through the cement mortar and are not prone to falling off, the cement mortar poured on the thermal insulation board greatly improves the strength of the thermal insulation wallboard, and the fireproof performance of the thermal insulation wallboard is improved; and the convex groove of the dovetail groove steel plate, the steel fillets in the groove and the cement mortar structure are combined, so that the stress strength of the thermal insulation wallboard is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种基于水泥砂浆粘结的保温墙板,包括钢楞条、燕尾槽钢板、保温板以及水泥砂浆,保温板的两面嵌入有钢楞条,钢楞条凸出保温板部分的高度一致且大于燕尾槽钢板的槽深,钢楞条的排列间距与燕尾槽钢板的凸槽间距一致,燕尾槽钢板铺装在嵌入有钢楞条的保温板的两面,在燕尾槽钢板和保温板之间的空隙浇筑有水泥砂浆。本发明的有益效果是:钢楞条和燕尾槽钢板设计,使得在浇筑水泥砂浆后,保温板能和燕尾槽钢板牢牢地通过水泥砂浆紧固在一起,不易脱落,保温板上浇筑的水泥砂浆大大提高了保温墙板的强度,提高了保温墙板的防火性能,而且燕尾槽钢板的凸槽和槽内钢楞条和水泥砂浆结构组合,极大的提高保温墙板的受力强度。
