The invention relates to a steel-concrete composite beam adopting a Twinin-PBL connecting piece. The steel-concrete composite beam comprises a main beam, a double-opening steel plate connecting piece, a concrete plate, a reinforcing steel bar and a hole filling material. The double-perforated steel plate connecting piece comprises a top plate and two perforated steel plates which are oppositely arranged at the bottom end of the top plate, the two perforated steel plates are each provided with a plurality of through slotted holes which are distributed side by side at intervals, and each through slotted hole penetrates through the corresponding perforated steel plate. The plurality of through slotted holes of one perforated steel plate and the plurality of through slotted holes of the other perforated steel plate are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the concrete slab is provided with a cast-in-place hole penetrating through the concrete slab, and a plurality of steel bars distributed side by side at intervals are arranged in the cast-in-place hole in a penetrating mode. Wherein the double-opening steel plate connecting piece is located in the cast-in-place hole, and the multiple steel bars are arranged in the two oppositely-arranged penetrating groove holes in a penetrating mode correspondingly; and the cast-in-place hole forms a hole filling material for wrapping the double-hole steel plate connecting piece through cast-in-place concrete. The invention has the advantage of high bearing capacity.
