Method and system for preparing powdery high-quality active lime through suspension roasting
The invention provides a method and system for suspension roasting of powdery high-quality active lime, and the system comprises a suspension preheating roasting unit, a suspension cooling unit and a connecting pipeline, and is suitable for roasting fine limestone powder into powdery active lime. Firstly, limestone powder enters a multi-stage series cyclone separator to be preheated and then passes through a decomposing furnace in a suspension roasting system to be subjected to high-temperature roasting, the limestone is decomposed into active lime powder and CO2, the active lime powder is aged through an aging furnace, part of undecomposed unburned limestone continues to be decomposed in the aging furnace, and therefore the product quality is further improved; and finally, cooling by the suspension cooling unit, and conveying to a finished product warehouse for storage.
本发明提供一种悬浮焙烧粉状高品质活性石灰的方法与系统,包括悬浮预热焙烧单元、悬浮冷却单元及连接管路,适用于细石灰石粉焙烧成粉状活性石灰。首先,石灰石粉进入多级串联旋风分离器中预热,后经悬浮焙烧系统中的分解炉内进行高温焙烧,石灰石分解为活性石灰粉和CO2,活性石灰粉再通过陈化炉陈化,使部分未分解的生烧石灰石在陈化炉内继续得到分解,从而进一步提升产品品质,最终经悬浮冷却单元冷却后输送至成品库中储存。
