During production, the material flow trend is as follows: vanadium slag, stone coal and limestone are uniformly mixed and then sequentially enter a P1 suspension preheater, a P2 suspension preheater and a P3 suspension preheater through an elevator for preheating, decomposition and solid-phase reaction; the mixed material enters a roasting furnace to be sintered, the sintered material enters a gas-solid separator to generate an active mineral admixture, the active mineral admixture sequentially enters a cooler C2, a cooler C1 and a heat exchanger to be further subjected to heat exchange, and the active mineral admixture is conveyed to a finished product warehouse; during production, the airflow trend is as follows: a high-temperature fan generates running airflow, cold air in a heat exchanger sequentially enters a C1 cooler and a C2 cooler, hot air enters a roasting furnace, and hot flue gas of the roasting furnace sequentially enters a gas-solid separator, a P3 suspension preheater, a P2 suspension preheater and a P1 suspension preheater; the invention has the advantages of energy conservation, consumption reduction, low calcination temperature, good stability of the high-temperature sintered mineral admixture, less formula, simple process and small environmental pollution.
