The invention discloses a preparation method of a foamed ceramic composite brick, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing decorative layer powder according to a raw material formula by adopting a ball-milling pulping and spray granulation method, spreading the decorative layer powder into a refractory kiln furniture with the thickness of 10-25mm, and striking off; (2) preparing foamed ceramic powder according to a raw material formula by adopting a ball-milling pulping and spray granulation method, spreading the foamed ceramic powder on the upper layer of the decorative powder, and striking off; (3) feeding into a kiln, and firing at the firing temperature of 1160-1170 DEG C for 8-13.5 hours; and (4) cooling, taking out of the kiln, and removing kiln furniture to obtain the foamed ceramic composite brick. The decorative layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 25 to 95 parts of frit, 0 to 10 parts of talc, 0 to 5 parts of clay, 5 to 65 parts of mineral flux and 0.15 to 0.5 part of additive. By adopting the method, the foamed ceramic composite brick with the ceramic decorative layer compounded with the foamed ceramic layer can be fired at one time.
本发明公开一种发泡陶瓷复合砖的制备方法，包括如下步骤：(1)按照原料配方采用球磨制浆、喷雾造粒的方法制备装饰层粉料，将装饰层粉料布撒于耐火窑具中，厚度10～25mm，刮平；(2)按照原料配方采用球磨制浆、喷雾造粒的方法制备发泡陶瓷粉料，将发泡陶瓷粉料布撒于装饰粉料上层，刮平；(3)送入窑炉中烧成，烧成温度1160～1170℃，烧成周期8～13.5h；(4)冷却出窑后拆除窑具，即获得发泡陶瓷复合砖；装饰层原料以质量份数计，包括如下组分：熔块25～95份、滑石0～10份、黏土0～5份、矿物熔剂5～65份、助剂0.15～0.5份。采用该方法可以一次烧成具有陶瓷装饰层与发泡陶瓷层复合的发泡陶瓷复合砖。
