The invention discloses a construction method for erecting an in-situ prefabricated railway box girder, which comprises the following steps of: 1, driving a girder transporting vehicle to an installed box girder, and prefabricating the railway box girder on the girder transporting vehicle in situ; 2, supporting the bridge girder erection machine on a girder surface; step 3, loading the prefabricated railway box girders by a girder transporting vehicle, moving the prefabricated railway box girders from the tail part of the bridge erecting machine to the interior of the bridge erecting machine and between a middle supporting leg and a rear supporting leg, and taking the railway box girders at a fixed point through a main crown block on the bridge erecting machine; fourthly, after beam taking is finished, the beams are erected, the beam transporting vehicle is moved out of the tail of the bridge girder erection machine, and the next section of railway box beam is prefabricated in situ; 5, crossing the bridge girder erection machine; sixthly, after crossing is completed, the third step to the fifth step are repeated till all the railway box girders are erected. The problems of low construction efficiency, single function, poor safety and the like of railway bridge box girder erection can be solved, the construction quality and efficiency are improved, and smooth proceeding of railway box girder construction is promoted.
