Temporary sling system of suspension bridge
The temporary sling system of the suspension bridge comprises two connection conversion devices at the uppermost end, the upper end of each connection conversion device is connected with a temporary cable clamp on a main cable through a flexible rope, and the lower end of each connection conversion device lifts an anchor box A below the connection conversion device through a plurality of sets of steel strands; an anchor box B and an anchor box C are arranged above and below the anchor box A respectively, the anchor box A, the anchor box B and the anchor box C are connected through screws, a jack is further arranged between the anchor box A and the anchor box B, and the bottom of the anchor box C is fixedly connected with a standby pin hole of a hanging point of a hanging rod. The jack is arranged between the anchor box A and the anchor box B, and the steel strand between the anchor box A and the connection conversion device is tensioned and gradually tightened through the jack, so that the temporary sling system is gradually tightened, the purpose of replacing permanent suspender stress with the temporary sling system is achieved, and the bridge deck is lifted by the main cable through the temporary sling system; therefore, the permanent cable clamp or the suspender is convenient to replace.
本发明公开了一种悬索桥的临时吊索系统,包括有最上端的2个连接转换装置,每个连接转换装置上端经柔性绳与主缆上的1个临时索夹连接,连接转换装置下端还经多组钢绞线提拉住其下方的1个锚箱A,锚箱A的上、下方分别设置有1个锚箱B和1个锚箱C,锚箱A、锚箱B和锚箱C之间经螺杆进行连接,锚箱A和锚箱B之间还设置有千斤顶,锚箱C的底部与吊杆吊点的备用销孔固定连接。本发明锚箱A和锚箱B之间设置有千斤顶,通过千斤顶张拉,逐步收紧锚箱A和连接转换装置之间的钢绞线,从而逐步收紧临时吊索系统,达到用临时吊索系统替换永久吊杆受力的目的,并通过临时吊索系统实现主缆提拉住桥面,从而方便更换永久索夹或吊杆。
