The invention discloses an anti-collision device for a rake arm of a drag suction dredger sailing in an ice region and a using method. The anti-collision device comprises opposite protection structures installed on the rake arm, a rail is arranged between the opposite protection structures on the two sides, a telescopic propelling device is installed at one end of the rail, a positioning pile is installed at the other end of the rail, and a sliding block is connected to the end, close to the rail, of the telescopic propelling device. Protection devices are fixed to the tops of the sliding blocks. The telescopic propelling device comprises knuckle arms and a telescopic hydraulic cylinder, the outer side of the telescopic hydraulic cylinder is connected with multiple layers of knuckle arms, and telescopic movement of the multiple layers of knuckle arms is achieved through the telescopic hydraulic cylinder. According to the protection device, sea ice cannot make direct contact with the rake arm, the rail and the positioning pile are arranged, the protection device can have enough flexibility, and the positions of the whole device and the protection device can be adjusted; through the combined action of a plurality of components, the collision force of sea ice on a ship can be effectively reduced, enough flexibility can be achieved, corresponding positions are selected according to different conditions, and the rake arm structure is effectively and flexibly protected.
本发明公开了一种冰区航行耙吸式挖泥船耙臂抗撞装置及使用方法,包括安装在耙臂上的对向保护结构,两侧的对向保护结构之间设有轨道,轨道一端安装有伸缩推进装置,另一端安装有定位桩,伸缩推进装置靠近轨道的一端连接有滑块,滑块顶部固定有保护装置;所述伸缩推进装置包括节臂、伸缩液压缸,所述伸缩液压缸外侧连接有多层节臂,利用伸缩液压缸实现多层节臂的伸缩运动。本发明的保护装置可以使海冰与耙臂不会直接接触,并且设有轨道与定位桩,可以使其具备足够的灵活性,可以调节整体装置与保护装置的位置;这样通过多个构件组合作用不仅仅可以有效的的减少海冰对船舶的碰撞力,还可以拥有足够的灵活性,根据不同情况进行选取对应位置,既有效又灵活的保护耙臂结构。
