Novel constructional column pouring process and pouring equipment thereof
The invention discloses a novel constructional column pouring process and pouring equipment thereof in the technical field of building construction. The novel constructional column pouring process comprises the following steps that the pouring equipment is installed on the two sides of a built wall; mounting and positioning internal steel tie bars; pouring openings are additionally formed in the middle and the top of the constructional column respectively, an openable pushing plate is arranged on the middle pouring opening and the top pouring opening, and a pluggable partition plate is arranged below the pushing plate on the outer side of the middle pouring opening. Concrete pouring and vibrating are conducted on the lower half portion of the constructional column through a middle pouring opening, and after concrete pouring and vibrating are conducted on the lower half portion of the pouring opening, a middle material pushing plate is closed, and constructional column concrete is separated through a pluggable partition plate; and then concrete of the upper half portion of the constructional column is poured and vibrated through a top pouring opening, after pouring and vibrating are completed, a top material pushing plate is closed, a partition plate is pulled out, pouring equipment is taken away after the concrete is shaped, and redundant concrete of the pouring opening is polished.
