The invention relates to a prefabricated outer wall mounting device and a construction method thereof.The device comprises a mounting adjusting device, a self-slurry-sealing device and a plugging device, the mounting adjusting device comprises an integrated supporting assembly, a wall body depth control assembly and an inclined strut assembly, and the integrated supporting assembly is mounted on a floor slab; the wall body depth control assembly is attached to the wall body so as to control the depth of the wall body. The diagonal bracing assembly adjusts the perpendicularity of the wall body; the self-slurry-sealing device comprises a transverse slurry sealing plate corresponding to the side face of the wall body and a longitudinal slurry sealing plate corresponding to the free face of the wall body so that a communicating cavity can be formed. The plugging device comprises a plurality of plugging assemblies in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the grout outlets, each plugging assembly comprises a plugging gripper, a self-rotating motor and a plugging bolt, the plugging grippers are installed on the integrated supporting assembly, and the self-rotating motors can drive the plugging bolts to be screwed into or out of the grout outlets. According to the invention, the wall installation in-place construction efficiency and the installation precision can be improved, meanwhile, the communication cavity used for slurry sealing is automatically formed, and the slurry outlet is automatically plugged.
