本发明公开了一种桁架塔转接段预拼装方法,该拼装方法包括以下步骤,步骤1:将转接段主体内部直爬梯及内部平台安装牢固,作为转接段筒体内部攀爬通道及操作平台;步骤2:清理场地,并在场地中铺设钢板,钢板之间焊接成一整体。本发明为控制现场吊装尺寸进行转接段预拼装,提前在厂内进行直立状态下的预拼装,底座预留焊口在拼装后根据实际装配尺寸进行焊接,在将转接段主体在水平状态下转至合适的位置,需提前将支撑梁一的上半部分连接弯头与转接段主体的上转接法兰连接,然后通过尺寸安装中心筒胎架与底座胎架,为转接段主体以及三组支撑梁的位置定位进行预处理,大大降低了后续转接段主体与支撑梁之间的焊接的难度。
