The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel construction, and discloses a synchronous lining construction method and a parallel construction method of a hydraulic tunnel. The synchronous lining construction method comprises the following steps: constructing an inverted arch of a hydraulic tunnel, wherein the inverted arch is used for driving of a construction vehicle; paired matched rails are mounted on the inverted arch, and the lining trolley walks towards the tunnel face along the rails to construct a side top arch lining of the hydraulic tunnel; wherein the lining trolley is provided with a passing space for a construction vehicle to pass through; hole bodies used for urgent danger avoiding and/or meeting and yielding of construction vehicles are arranged on the side face of the hydraulic tunnel at set intervals. According to the technical scheme, tunnel face excavation and tunnel lining are synchronously constructed. The inverted arch road surface is used for construction vehicles to run, and the construction vehicles run and penetrate through the passing space on the lower portion of the lining trolley and meet through the steel trestle without mutual interference.
