The invention provides a composite impermeable material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing first mixing on raw materials and additives to obtain a first mixture; continuously adding the first liquid into the first mixture, and carrying out second mixing and stirring to obtain a second mixture; curing the second mixture to obtain a cured mixture; and drying the cured mixture to obtain the composite impermeable material. Wherein the raw materials comprise bentonite, fly ash and silt; the additive comprises a polypropylene polymer. The problem that the permeability coefficient of an anti-seepage material in the prior art is too high can be solved, and the anti-seepage material is suitable for the technical field of materials.
