The preparation method of the thermo-sensitive macromonomer comprises the following steps: thermally initiating polymerization of an N-alkyl acrylamide monomer under the action of an initiator I to obtain a polymer, then introducing reactive hydrogen to the tail end of the polymer by using a chain transfer agent I to obtain a polymerization intermediate, and finally carrying out substitution reaction on the polymerization intermediate and allyl acyl halide to obtain the thermo-sensitive macromonomer. And carrying out redox free radical polymerization on the temperature-sensitive macromonomer, an unsaturated acid monomer and polyoxyethylene ether to obtain the anti-segregation high-adaptability polycarboxylic acid water reducer. 本发明公开了一种温敏性大单体、使用其的抗离析高适应性聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法。本发明所述温敏性大单体由N‑烷基丙烯酰胺类单体在引发剂I作用下热引发聚合得到聚合物,之后利用链转移剂I在聚合物末端引入活泼氢得到聚合中间体,最后将聚合中间体与丙烯基酰卤化物发生取代反应得到所述温敏性大单体;之后由上述温敏性大单体与不饱和酸单体、聚氧乙烯醚通过氧化还原自由基聚合得到抗离析高适应性聚羧酸减水剂。本发明合成的抗离析高适应性减水剂与混凝土相容性好,水泥适应性强,均具有良好的减水分散性能,且其具有热敏感性,水泥拌合过程中自发进行浆体粘度调整,显著减少离析,泌水的情况发生。
