The invention relates to a flame-retardant polypropylene resin, a preparation method thereof and a floor, and the flame-retardant polypropylene resin comprises the following components in parts by mass: 70-100 parts of polypropylene resin; 10 to 20 parts of PE resin; 8 to 15 parts of a toughening agent; 80-150 parts of an inorganic filler; 20-30 parts of a target flame retardant; 0.2 to 0.6 part of a stabilizing agent; 2-6 parts of a compatilizer; 0.2 to 1.0 part of an antioxidant; 1-2 parts of a lubricant; and 0.1 to 0.4 part of an anti-dripping agent. According to the flame-retardant polypropylene resin prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention, by adding the target flame retardant, the fireproof and flame-retardant properties of the flame-retardant polypropylene resin are effectively improved, and a halogen flame retardant is not used, so that the flame-retardant polypropylene resin has good environmental protection performance.
