The invention belongs to the technical field of laminate flooring, and particularly relates to a flame-retardant and fireproof laminate flooring which comprises a waterproof decorative layer, a flame-retardant and fireproof layer, an elastic buffer layer, a filling layer, a fiberboard layer and a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant layer, and overcomes the defects in the prior art. According tothe flame-retardant fireproof layer, the dry powder sandwich is added into a traditional flame-retardant material, the flame-retardant effect of the flame-retardant fireproof layer is further improved, and meanwhile the dry powder sandwich has a good heat preservation and heat insulation effect, so that the flame-retardant fireproof layer has the heat insulation capacity close to that of a wood floor. Due to the arrangement of the elastic buffer layer, the waterproof decorative layer and the flame-retardant and fireproof layer which are located above the elastic buffer layer can slightly moveup and down, so that the flame-retardant and fireproof laminate floor has a soft foot feeling, and the foot feeling of the flame-retardant and fireproof laminate floor is further close to that of a solid wood floor without being as hard as an existing laminate floor. The effect and the capability of a solid wood floor are basically achieved.
