The grouting water-stopping material comprises a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the mass ratio of the component A to the component B to the component C is (8-10): (0.2-1.5): (1.3-1.6); the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 21 to 31.5 parts of polyurethane resin, 2 to 12 parts of acrylic emulsion, 9 to 15 parts of water, 0.5 to 2.5 parts of magnesium oxide, 3 to 13.5 parts of epoxy resin, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of silane coupling agent, 15 to 25 parts of plasticizer and 7 to 9 parts of solvent oil; the component B is a curing agent; the component C is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 8 to 18.5 parts of silicate and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of surfactant. The grouting water-stop material provided by the invention has the advantages of excellent impermeability, high bonding strength, small viscosity and easiness in construction.
