本发明提供了一种大跨度干煤棚网架起步单元单侧起拱的施工方法，能够根据拱形网架的自身形状，起步单元采用从一端支座延续拼装至另一端支座，形成稳定的拱形支撑结构后，后续网架以拱形网架作为支撑平台采用高空散装或者累计滑移，单侧成拱过程中为了控制拱脚位置的水平力及弦长，根据起步单元的成拱长度逐渐增加张紧索。本施工方法突显了作业过程占用场地少，施工速度快，费用低，安全风险低，施工质量高等特点。
