Construction method for starting unit of middle lifting and arching net rack
A construction method of a net rack starting unit capable of lifting and arching in the middle comprises the steps that a section of net rack is selected in the midspan, spliced on the ground, lifted through four cranes, spliced from the midspan to the two ends at the same time and extended to supports at the two ends to form a stable arch structure, and the follow-up net rack is installed with the unit as a construction platform through a high-altitude bulk method. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting a starting unit position, selecting a middle axis part of the whole net rack as much as possible, selecting a proper crane and a proper sling, firstly assembling unit pieces on the ground, symmetrically mounting the net rack from a middle grid position to two sides, always keeping two sides close to the ground in the mounting process, and locally extending a lifting point position for reinforcement treatment; after the arch-shaped net rack is installed at the position of a support ball, the whole arch-shaped net rack is lifted to the support, then three cable ropes are arranged on each of the two sides, the tensioning degree is adjusted through a chain block, and at the moment, middle lifting arching is completed, high-altitude operation is reduced, safety is achieved, and the installation efficiency is high.
一种中间抬吊起拱的网架起步单元施工方法,在跨中选取一段网架,在地面进行拼装,利用4台起重机吊起,从跨中向两端同时进行拼装,延伸至两端的支座,形成稳定的拱形结构,后续网架以此单元为施工平台,采取高空散装法进行安装。首先选择好起步单元位置,尽量选择整条网架中间轴线部位,选择合适的吊车及吊索具,在地面首先进行单元件组拼,从中间网格位置向两侧对称安装网架,安装过程中始终保持两侧贴近地面,吊点位置处局部延伸做加强处理,待拱形网架安装至支座球位置后,整体抬吊至支座上,然后两侧各设置三道缆风绳,用倒链调整好张紧度,至此,中间抬吊起拱完成,减少了高空做业,比较安全、安装效率高。
